MTSC is a woman-owned small business, (WOSB) established in July 1999 by Joanie and Al Mason, and was certified in August 1999 as a WOSB in accordance with the requirements of the Small Business Administration (SBA). Our business base has grown due to our dedication to our clients, the professionalism and expertise of our associates, and by the contract win rate of our clients. We currently support small and large businesses and our cadre of Staff, Associates and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) totals 35 members with access to an extensive list of additional potential Associates to meet our client's needs.
